JEONG SANGHUN ("Developer", "we") values your privacy and is committed to complying with applicable data protection laws when operating the Daily Saju app (also displayed as 데일리사주 / BaZi & Saju – Daily Fortune, the "App").

1. Information Stored Only on Your Device

The App calculates fortune readings locally on your device. The information you enter — such as birth date, birth time, gender, calendar type, and optional names or birth information of people you add — is stored only on your device (local app storage). We do not operate any server, and this information is never transmitted to the Developer. Deleting the App (or resetting your profile in Settings) permanently removes this data.

2. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services

To show ads and improve stability, the App uses Google SDKs that may automatically collect limited data and transmit it over encrypted (HTTPS) connections:

  • Google AdMob (ads): device identifiers such as the Advertising ID, coarse location estimated from IP address, and ad interaction data — used to serve and measure ads. See how Google uses data.
  • Firebase Analytics: app interaction events (e.g., screens used), app instance identifiers, and IP-derived approximate region — used to understand aggregate usage.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: crash logs and diagnostics (device model, OS version, stack traces) — used to fix bugs and improve stability.
  • Google Play Billing: processes optional in-app purchases (ad-free subscription / lifetime pass). Payment details are handled by Google Play; the Developer never receives your card or payment information.

3. Advertising Consent

In regions where required (e.g., EEA/UK), the App shows Google's UMP consent form before serving ads, and you can change your choice later from the App. You may also reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

4. App Permissions

  • Notifications: to deliver daily fortune and caution-day reminders you opt into.
  • The App does not request location, contacts, camera, or microphone permissions.

5. Data Retention

On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data collected by Google SDKs is retained according to Google's policies (e.g., Analytics data up to 14 months).

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children and is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

7. Your Rights

You can delete all locally stored information at any time by resetting your profile in the App or uninstalling the App. Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the EEA, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have additional rights such as access, correction, deletion, and objection regarding data processed by Google — see Google's privacy policy. 8. Security

Data transmitted by the SDKs above is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Your fortune inputs never leave your device.

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the effective date.

정상훈("개발자")은 데일리사주 앱(영문 표기: BaZi & Saju – Daily Fortune, 이하 "앱")을 운영함에 있어 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

1. 기기에만 저장되는 정보

앱의 사주 계산은 전부 기기 안에서 이루어집니다. 이용자가 입력한 생년월일·태어난 시간·성별·양/음력 구분, 그리고 '소중한 사람'으로 등록한 상대의 이름·생년월일 등은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 개발자는 서버를 운영하지 않고 해당 정보를 전송받지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 설정에서 프로필을 초기화하면 이 정보는 영구히 삭제됩니다.

2. 제3자 서비스가 자동 수집하는 정보

광고 게재와 안정성 개선을 위해 앱은 아래 Google SDK를 사용하며, 이들은 제한된 정보를 암호화(HTTPS) 전송으로 자동 수집할 수 있습니다.

  • Google AdMob(광고): 광고 ID 등 기기 식별자, IP 기반의 대략적인 위치, 광고 상호작용 정보 — 광고 게재·측정 목적.
  • Firebase 애널리틱스: 앱 사용 이벤트, 앱 인스턴스 식별자, IP 기반 대략적 지역 — 통계적 이용 분석 목적.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: 비정상 종료 로그·진단 정보(기기 모델, OS 버전 등) — 오류 수정 목적.
  • Google Play 결제: 광고 제거 구독/평생 이용권 결제를 처리하며, 결제 정보는 Google Play가 처리하고 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다.

3. 광고 개인화 동의

동의가 필요한 지역(EEA/영국 등)에서는 광고 게재 전 Google UMP 동의 양식이 표시되며, 이후 앱에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정(설정 → Google → 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다.

4. 앱 권한

  • 알림: 오늘의 운세·주의일 알림 발송에만 사용됩니다.
  • 앱은 위치·연락처·카메라·마이크 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

5. 보유 기간

기기 내 데이터는 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관되며, Google SDK가 수집한 데이터는 Google 정책에 따른 기간(예: 애널리틱스 최대 14개월) 동안 보관됩니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 만 18세 이상 사용자를 대상으로 합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 프로필 초기화 또는 앱 삭제로 기기 내 모든 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 지역에 따라(예: EEA의 GDPR, 캨리포니아 CCPA/CPRA) Google이 처리하는 데이터에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리 반대 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. 문의는 아래 연락처로 주시기 바랍니다.

8. 보안
