Privacy Policy for LED Banner (LED 전광판)

LED Banner (LED 전광판) — Effective date: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the LED Banner app ("the app"), published by Novalabs Studio, handles your information. The English version is on top; the Korean version follows below.

Information We Collect

The app collects a minimal amount of information through Google SDKs for the following purposes:

  • Advertising (Google AdMob): Advertising ID, device information (model, OS version), coarse (IP-based) location, and ad interaction data, used to serve the banner ad shown at the bottom of the screen.
  • Usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): Anonymized usage statistics such as screen views, feature usage, device model and country, used only to improve the app.
  • Crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics): Crash logs and device state at the time of a crash, used only to fix bugs.

The app does not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or any other directly identifying information.

Collected data is processed by Google LLC. For details see:

Ad Personalization and Consent

In regions that require consent (EEA, UK, and others), a consent form is shown on first launch. You can change your choice anytime from Settings → Ad privacy inside the app. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.

Information Stored Only on Your Device

  • Saved LED templates (text, colors, effect settings)
  • App preferences (theme, language, haptics)
  • Local paths to background images you pick from your gallery

All of the above is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Permissions

  • Microphone: Speech-to-text input. Audio is not stored and is passed only to the OS speech engine.
  • Camera: Scanning a QR code to receive a friend's banner settings.
  • Photos / Media: Choosing a background image. Only the image you select is read.
  • Bluetooth / Nearby Wi-Fi / Location: The "nearby broadcast" feature shares only banner settings with nearby devices. The app itself does not use or transmit location data (Android requires the location permission for Bluetooth scanning as a system limitation).
  • Internet: Loading fonts and ads, and sending usage and crash data.

Children

The app is not primarily directed at children. Ads are served in accordance with Google's families policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.

본 개인정보처리방침은 Novalabs Studio가 배포하는 LED 전광판 앱('본 앱')이 이용자의 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다. 위쪽은 영어 버전이며, 아래는 한국어 버전입니다.

수집하는 정보

본 앱은 아래 목적을 위해 Google SDK를 통해 최소한의 정보를 수집합니다.

  • 광고 게재 (Google AdMob): 광고 ID, 기기 정보(모델·OS 버전), 대략적 위치(IP 기반), 광고 상호작용 정보. 화면 하단 배너 광고 표시에 사용됩니다.
  • 사용 통계 (Google Analytics for Firebase): 익명화된 사용 통계(화면 방문, 기능 사용, 기기 모델·국가). 앱 개선 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
  • 오류 진단 (Firebase Crashlytics): 앱이 비정상 종료될 때의 크래시 로그와 기기 상태. 버그 수정 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

이름, 이메일, 연락처, 정확한 위치 등 직접적인 개인 식별 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

광고 개인화 및 동의

EEA·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 첫 실행 시 동의 창이 표시되며, 앱 내 설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다. 기기 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

기기에만 저장되는 정보

  • 저장한 LED 템플릿(텍스트·색·효과 설정)
  • 앱 환경설정(테마·언어·햅틱)
  • 갤러리에서 선택한 배경 이미지의 로컬 경로

위 정보는 모두 기기 내부에만 저장되며 앱 삭제 시 함께 제거됩니다.

권한

  • 마이크: 음성 → 텍스트 입력. 녹음은 저장되지 않고 OS 음성 인식 엔진으로만 전달됩니다.
  • 카메라: QR 코드 스캔으로 친구의 응원 설정 받기.
  • 사진/미디어: 배경 이미지 선택. 선택한 사진만 읽습니다.
  • 블루투스 / 근처 Wi-Fi / 위치: '주변 송출' 기능이 가까운 기기에 응원 설정만 전송합니다. 앱은 위치 정보를 사용·전송하지 않습니다(Android는 블루투스 스캔에 위치 권한을 시스템상 요구함).
  • 인터넷: 폰트·광고 로드, 사용 통계·크래시 로그 전송.

아동

본 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 광고는 Google의 가족 정책에 따라 게재됩니다.

본 방침은 수시로 업데이트될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 사항은 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 반영됩니다.
